2011 Winners

We would like to congratulate all the winners of our Piano Strings & Winds International Concerto Competition 2011 – and thank everyone who participated.

As a result of greater than expected interest in this competition event as well as the uniformly high level of applicants, the Festival committee has decided that both 1st *and* 2nd place winners will have the opportunity to travel to Russia to rehearse and play with the Kostroma Symphony Orchestra as part of our Summer Music Courses in Europe 2011 program. In addition, 1st place winners who choose to participate in the summer program will be able to take part in masterclasses taught by professors at the Moscow Conservatory (during the program’s scheduled trip to Moscow).
